Tae Kwon Do, in it's truest form, is mainly kicking and punching techniques, and in its modern form is a sport as well as a highly effective means of self defense. In addition, students of the art will acquire respect, humility, perserverance, self-control and honesty (these are known as the "Five Aims of Tae Kwon Do").

Gambrel's Martial Arts is a Black Belt United States Chung Do Kwon Association (USCDKA) school. In addition to USCDKA Tae Kwon Do, we incorporate intensive self-defense training and conflict avoidance into our curriculum.

We invite you to come in and observe a class. We offer free introductory classes for those interested. Please visit our student reference page for a certificate for free lessons and other important information.
